Agreement

By using the PLM-Enterprises website or any services provided by P.L.M. Enterprises of the Treasure Coast LLC ("PLM," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions.

These terms do not include consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is separate from this agreement, entirely optional, and is given only by submitting the text alert opt-in form. Accepting these terms does not enroll you in text messaging.

Services

PLM provides community association management and property caretaking services in St. Lucie and Martin counties, Florida. Specific service terms are governed by individual management agreements or caretaking contracts.

Contact form

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists based on a contact form submission.

Text messaging (optional, separate consent)

Text alerts are an optional service, separate from these terms and from any management agreement or caretaking contract. Consent to receive text messages is never required to become a client, create an account, request a quote, complete a transaction, or receive any PLM service. You may decline text messages and use every PLM service on identical terms.

Consent is collected only through the text alert opt-in form, by checking a box that is unchecked by default. If you choose to opt in, the following applies:

• You will receive recurring automated text messages from PLM at the mobile number you provide on that form.
• Messages may include property inspection updates, weather alerts, payment reminders, board meeting notices, and other operational notifications related to your property or association.
• Message frequency varies, typically 2-5 messages per month with additional messages during weather events.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, of entering into a management or caretaking agreement, or of creating an account.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of P.L.M. Enterprises of the Treasure Coast LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. PLM makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. PLM is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
